After waiting for 45mins, we finally got a place to sit.


Though it's still early, the place is crowded with people.


Strawberry Cocktail.


Grilled Salmon Fillet - Well grilled Salmon fillet topped with a Merlot-garlic butter & a sliced of lemon and served with mashed potatoes and freshly boiled vegetables.


Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich - Tender & juicy hand pulled Hickory smoked pork served with Hickory Bar B Que sauces and topped with marinated slaw, fries & baked beans.

Jimmy's Kitchen @ South China Building & OZONE @ Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong

We drop by Jimmy's Kitchen for one of their famous dessert. But unfortunately, it was not available as they are only serving Christmas set menu.

After having our so called "appetizer", we then headed to Ritz Carlton for our drinking session @ OZONE.




The Ritz Carlton Hotel is situated inside of the International Commerce Centre.

Well yea, we decided to seat out side again and this time, it's even colder! But luckily there is a glass window blocking the front so that it will not be that cold.



Shichida. Is a must to have a bottle of hot Sake on a cold weather. Haha


Sake Mango. 


Gillardeau, Shigoku & Roumegous. Best fresh oysters I've ever had!


The night scene on the 118th floor is just amazing. 


New Hong Kong is just right opposite.




Yea, we finally feel cold and shifted in. Haha


Got our seats at the bar.


The colour theme of the bar changes from time to time.


Dragontini. A recommendation from the bar tender. He says this cocktail is especially for the year of the dragon. 


Our bar tender for the night. If am not mistaken, I think his name is Chris. 

Piccante. Second cocktail of the night. Spicy on the first sip but sweet after a few second.

It's Christmas Day!!


...and another Christmas tree!! Haha.


Headed to The Lounge & Bar @ Ritz Carlton with the GF to celebrate our Christmas Day. 


Staff are setting up the table for the afternoon tea.


Tosca Restaurant is located just at the end.


Was looking forward to get a sit at the window table, but wasn't able to get one as it's already fully book.




No, those are not humpty dumpty. Haha


Every area was well decorated with Christmas decorations & cute teddies. Those are for sale though.


And.....tada! Our complimentary mini bear to take home with.


Ginger & Herbs. A wellness tea with genuine root of ginger & herbs that will freshen you up.


Famous Earl Grey Tea. A cool & fresh breath of bergamot fragrance over selected teas from java India that makes an extravagant blend.


And finally, The Ritz Carlton Teddy Bear Afternoon Tea is served!


The one looking at you with those cute eyes is the Teddy Bear Chocolate Cookies.

Went to have a walk at Temple Street after our Afternoon Tea.


Curry Fish Ball. Not the best I've had as it was a little too hard. But taste wise was good.
