Cielo Dolci Gelato @ Paradigm Mall

Went over to Cielo Dolci at Paradigm Mall for some creamy gelato. The gelato are made in small batches daily by Italian - trained Malaysians.

Cielo Dolci offers different varieties of gelato that includes Earl Grey, Pistachio, Green Tea with Azuki Beans, Coconut with Gula Melaka, Caramel with "Fairy Dust" and Belgian Chocolate.

The main attraction of Paradise Dynasty @ Paradigm Mall, Colourful Xiao Long Bao (Small Dumpling).

The overall of all this dumpling was not bad, but I'll still prefer the original better.

Original (White), Foie Gras (Orange), Black Truffle (Black), Crab Roe (Light Orange), Cheese (Yellow), Ginseng (green), Minced Garlic (Grey) and Szechuan (Pink)

La Mian with Spicy Peanut Sauce - Not the best La Mian I've had as the peanut sauce was kind of slimy. Though the texture of the La Mian was good.

Sauteed Shrimp with Cashew Nut - The tenderness of the shrimp and the crunchiness of the nut just made it a perfect combination.
