Bai Long Wang Temple - Day 2

Before our trip to Bangkok, we have already planned most of the places that we want to visit and one of the main attraction here is Bai Long Wang Temple. Bai Long Wang (White Dragon King), also known as Master Kim Nam, is claimed to be the incarnation of the White Dragon King.

Wake up early in the morning on the second day in Bangkok and head to Bai Long Wang Temple @ 3am in the morning. It is advisable to reach the temple early as the temple will only allowed 100 visitors per day.

Reached at 4.30am and there was many cars/vans queuing already.

Number 11 with 4 pax.

In respect of Bai Long Wang, it is advisable to wear white shirt and pants.

Waiting for our turn for prayers.

Bai Long Wang.

We were provided with breakfast while waiting for Master Kim Nam as the consultation will only starts at 8.00am.

Below are some info on how & when to go to Bai Long Wang Temple:

- The temple is located at Pattaya/Chon-Buri
- Temple will be open Fridays to Sundays from 6am and consultation will start at 8.00am.
- For transportation, contact Mr Liu at +66 817500117 (Speaks fluent Chinese and minimal English). Do clarify with him on the time to depart to the temple as it is preferable to arrive there at 3am - 4.30am. One return trip costs approximately THB2200 and up, depending on your location (this October, we paid THB3000++ for a van of 4 from Bangkok). However, you are able to use your own source if you prefer.
