Pagoda Mocktail - A refreshing mocktail of sparkling lemonade with brisk and fruity

Smoked Scottish Salmon served with toasted brioche and soft Mascarpone cream cheese
sprinkled with Gyokuro Samurai Tea and accompanied by salmon caviar. 



TWG Tea Garden vegetables lagsana with their signature homemade tomato and fresh basil sauce infused with Moroccan Mint Tea. 



Chocolate Fondant - TWG Tea’s warm chocolate cake served with light custard cream
and a scoop of their homemade Vanilla Bourbon Tea ice cream. Every bite of this desert makes you feel you are in heaven. Though it's really a sin.
